The idea and a vision of Tango Garden is to be a safe space in which you can explore the very core of being human - movement of the body, awareness of the mind and emotions of relating and connecting to another human being. The main structure that we use comes from Argentine tango, and it is complemented by somatic practices that integrate body, mind and heart. As we learn the basic principles of the dance, we also refine our skills of communication, assertiveness, receptivity, we open our creativity, expand our sense of trust and boost our sense of belonging.
Most importantly, we learn to stay grounded and true to ourselves, while keeping our heart open for another.
Welcome.
Let me be your guide on the journey to yourself.

My name is Ana Lovrić, I'm Croatian with a Parisian address, Argentine tango teacher and body-oriented psychotherapist.
I like to say I started dancing around the same time I started walking. Dance and movement have always been the central axis of my life, even though the dance techniques have changed over the years. Officially I started dancing when I was nine years old, and to this day I never stopped. Tango happened as the final touch of my dance journey, creating a profound change not only in the way that I dance, but also in the way I live my life.
For the past ten years, I’ve dedicated myself to teaching hundreds of students and building communities that thrive.
I have the roadmap to help you overcome your obstacles, no matter what is your starting point.

Explore your inner landscapes through the body and movement, awareness and connection.
